The changes in both the continuum and the He- and H- like Fe K absorption features during dips have been demonstrated to be consistent with a change in the properties of the photoionized absorbers present in these systems. We will use the XIS to characterise the absorbers and the HXD to uniquely determine the underlying continuum shapes including any contributions due to reflection components. This will allow to reliably determine the absolute values of the ionization parameters for each of the sources, which was not possible with XMM due to the lack of contemporaneous high energy spectra, providing for a detailed comparison of the absorbers with source properties such as luminosity.
