8.3.2 Flag Table
What: GTSs will flag the data downlinked from the satellite
according to criteria such as signal lock, signal strength etc.
The VSOG will extract flag entries from the DPLs from each GTS and add
related to spacecraft performance to generate a
final flag table section within the TSM for use by the PI.
