Doppler shifts expected at the inner disk around such neutron stars should be very similar, and should produce relativistic FeK-alpha emission lines like those observed in some black hole systems. To date, however, relativistically broadened FeK-alpha emission lines have not been clearly detected in neutron star systems, in part because their lines are generally weaker than those found in black hole systems. We propose to observe the neutron star binaries 4U 1820-30, Cygnus X-2, and Serpens X-1 for 37 ksec each in Suzaku Cycle 1, to confirm possible evidence of relativistic broadening. Relativistic phenomena and accretion studies are central to NASA's ``SEU'' theme.
