Making use of Suzaku's unique broad band capabilities, we will also perform pulse phase spectroscopy of the cyclotron line and study the parameters of the fundamental and first harmonic cyclotron lines, as 4U1907+09 is one of the few accreting neutron stars where two cyclotron lines lie within the energy range of the XIS and HXD-PIN detectors. The scientific aims of this proposal address questions within NASA's Goals and Research Focus Area ``Structure and Evolution of the Universe''.
