We propose to conduct a simultaneous X-ray/VHE gamma-ray observations for a total of 200 ks of the microquasar with Suzaku XIS and HXD in conjuction with the HESS telescope. A full orbital period of 3.9 days is planned to be covered with Suzaku and HESS. The goal of this program is to study a possible correlation of X-TeV fluxes and spectral changes as a function of orbital phase, thereby shedding a new light on the origin of high-energy radiation from the microquasar system.
