The ROSAT 3/4 keV band all sky map does not show significant dip in intensity at galactic plane, where the CXB component is totally absorbed by galactic absorption. Thus unknown emission must be compensating the CXB component in this energy band. Our AO-2 observation of a general direction of the anticenter direction gives a clear clue to understand the origin of the mysterious emission. We propose to make additional observation in order to confirm the emission component detected in the AO-2 observation generally exist in the galactic plane.
