   A primary black hole candidate LMC X-3 is observed to study the energy
   spectrum atiming characteristics. Since LMC X-3 is moderately bright
   and not variable in the time scale of hours, most suitable to
   determine PSF of the XRT.Continuum spectrum, which is considered to
   arise from an optically thick accretiodisk, is studied with a wide
   energy band than ever. A monitor observation is requested to see the
   source intensity, since the expecteintensity is variable from 10mCrab
   to 40 mCrab. According to the intensity, GISMPC mode may be necessary
   to avoid telemetry overflow.
