    Ginga discovered cyclotron structure from 9 X-ray binary pulsars out
    of 19 pulsars of which spectra were obtained in good statistics.The
    derived magnetic field strength is clustered from 1 to 4x10^12 Gauss.
    Does pulsars with low magnetic field really not exist? There might be
    some selection effect. The cyclotron energy has found to be strongly
    correrated with the exponential cut-off (Ecut) energy. Using this
    relation, we observe low Ecut pulsars, and try to find out the cyclo-
    tron structures.
