      Our knowledge of the Galctic X-ray sources is quite incomplete due
    to the Galacial resolution.  Due to the limited information, we are
    still unable to answer th, and total number of SNRs, binary X-ray
    sources and other low luminosity X-ray sty to reveil the galactic
    absorption and make umbiased sample of many category ofble fraction
    of the mission life time, we can make a complete survey of the innert
    10**35 erg/s.  In the AO-1, we  will propose a pilot survey program,
    which consl=25 deg region ( the 5-kc arm). T
