    NGC2110 and MCG-5-23-16 are Narrow Emission Line Galaxy (NELG),which
    cannot be understood along the present unified Seyfert scheme because
    they have strong iron line without both Compton hump and significant
    low energy absorption.To locate the place where such a strong iron
    line is coming is very important for studying the structure of AGN.
    The central energy and the shape of the line reflect the physical
    state of its birthplace.So ASCA's high energy resolution must help us
    to solve the problem. In addition, soft excess (below 1keV) gives us
    another information about the AGN geometry. We need the simultaneous
    wide band spectrum to decide whether partial covering model or obscur
    ation/scattering model hold true. Also in this respect, ASCA is the
   most suitable instrument.
