     Proto-galaxy is a galaxy under its formation. We propose to observe
    4 proto-galaxy candidates for the first time in X-ray band. All of
    them have been extensively studied from radio to UV wavelengths and
    show hints of active star formation.  However, it is not clear what
    is the energy source for such activitities. Based on our idea that
    the detection of a non-thermal X-ray emission is the best ground for
    the existence of an active galactic nuclei(AGN), which might be
    embeded in thick dust, we would examine whether these proto-galaxy
    candidates contain AGN or not.
