      We have now enough evidence on the cosmological evolution of radio
    galaxies at around Z=0.5. However,X-ray observations of distant radio
    galaxies have been limited. We propose ASCA X-ray observations of 4
    radio galaxies with redshift of about 0.5.  We would expect that they
    will provide us the physical parameters on the non-thermal emission
    at the nucleus, absorbing matter surrounding it, and the thermal
    emission from intra-cluster gas. It will be of great importance for
    establishing a comprehensive view on the evolution of radio galaxies
    and clusters.
