****************************************************** PR # 11132 E0449-184 is the first discovered narrow line QSO.This object has typ ical Seyfert2 optical spectrum and much higher optical and X-ray lumi nosities than ordinary Seyfert2s. Especially the X-ray luminosity is very high:logLx=44.7 erg/s(0.3-3.5 keV band) and the ratio of X-ray luminosity to optical fx/fv is about 5. This fx/fv value is extremely higher than usual AGNs. From these features we can say it is a Type2 QSO candidate.Strong iron line expected from the analogy of Seyfert2s will be examined in detail by the high energy resolution spectrometer SIS. But considering its huge luminosity it may not be an obscured QSO but the first example of a new class of AGN. We hope to clarify whether it is the first Type2 QSO or a new class of QSO by broad band observation with Asca. ******************************************************
