****************************************************** PR # 11144 0716+714 is one of the most variable BL Lac object and displays cor- related radio/optical variation of 1 to 7 days time scale. We propose 5.6 day simultaneous observ. of 0714 from radio through gamma-rays. Main purpose is to observe the short-term variation from radio to gamma-rays for the first time and will reveal the leading band, which gives strong constraints on the emission process. Multiwavelength var iation also restricts the size of emission region. It is also for the first time to observe hard X-rays and gamma-rays simultaneously. Many blazars are too luminous in gamma-rays to explain with current models . Hard X-ray/gamma-ray correlation will be a crutial test of emission models. It is scheduled on March 1994 and detailed schedule must be adjusted. ******************************************************
