    We propose 6 observations of nearby low luminosity quasar MR2251-178
    among 2 months.Theories of BLR gas had predicted the presence of low-
    density hot gas near nucleus of AGNs, though its physical state is
    still unknown.Recent ROSAT results suggests that such gas may make
    K-edge feature of highly ionized oxygen in soft Xray spectra.Previous
    X-ray observations of MR2251-178 have suggested the soft X-ray absorp
    tion varied with its X-ray luminosity. This may showed that the gas
    in BLR changes its ionization statewith ionizing continuum. ASCA
    observations of MR2251-178 make some physical parameters in BLR
    clearer and gives the first chance to diagnose the BLR theories by
    far.
