   EX Hya is one of the brightest Magnetized Cataclysmic Variables which
   shows 67~minutes intensity modulation due to white dwarf rotation and
   98~min orbital eclipsing dip in hard X-ray energy band. From EXOSAT
   and GINGA observations, itis revealed that the spectrum of
   intermediate polars are represented by the thermal bremsstrahlung with
   partial covering absorber. EX Hya is exceptional onthis point because
   the soft excess of EX~Hya cannot be explained by the partialcovering
   absorber but a separate soft component. With the low energy
   sensitivity of ASUKA, the nature of this soft component will be
   understood. In addition, GINGA has found the iron K-beta emission line
   as well as K-alpha, although not resolved from K-alpha. We can
   definitely resolve the K-beta line with ASUKA.
