   NGC 4945 is a nearby IR bright galaxy which is revealed to contain a
   Seyfert 2 nunents; one of which indicated strong absorption, and the
   other had an extreme Fe Probabry the strongly absorbed component is
   invisible because of the limitedefficiency for the X-ray above 10 keV
   in ASCA, so w concentrate to the spectral nature of the soft component
   having the Fe line to investigate the origin of the den AGN, or
   multiple SNRsproduced in the starburst activity). The angular extent
   of this galaxy (20x3.8 arcmin.) allow us to obtain a spatially
   resolved image.
