****************************************************** PR # 119 The Infrared Luminous Galaxies (IRL galaxies) are a new categoly ofgalaxies with the high far-infrared luminosity more than 10E45 ergssE-1. Many authors suggested that the high infrared luminosity isproduced by the dust irradiation by young AGN stimulated by the closedinteraction of galaxies. The others of authors, however, arguedagainst for it, and suggested that the star burst stimulated by thegalaxy interaction causes the enormous far-infrared dust emission. The hard X-ray detection is thought to be good test of existence ofAGN activity. Additionally, the measurements of the low energythermal emission will help the studies of the star burst activity inthe dusty cloud. We would investigate them by the observation of oneof the brightest IRL galaxies, Arp 220. ******************************************************
