****************************************************** PR # 12163 Previous observations of Mkn841 have shown one of the strongest signatures of Compton Reflection in a Seyfert-1 galaxy. Thus ASCA observations ofMkn841 are some of the most interesting and important which can be performed to advance our understanding of Compton Reflec tion in AGN. We propose a 20 ksec observation which will allow us to determine whether the high equivalent width Fe K line previosuly observed is a single line or a blend of several species, while comparison between the energies of spectral features observed across the ASCA bandpass may allow us to constrain the ionization state of the accretion disk. ******************************************************
