   3C273 is the brightest quasar at redshift 0.158 with a remarkeble soft
   excessobserved with EXOSAT and ROSAT. Ginga discovered redshifted iron
   emission linewhen the continuum flux was low. The purpose of
   observation is to confirm theseinteresting spectral features with the
   energy resolution of ASCA, as well as toserve for calibration using
   hard power-law spectrum.
