   NGC69464 is one of the nearby (7 Mpc) starburst galaxies with 0.2-4
   keVluminosity of 2 x 10^(40) erg/s. Measured 0.2-4 keV flux is about 2
   x 10^(-12) erg/cm2/s. With the sensitivity of ASCA, the 2-10 keV
   energy spectrum of NGC6946 will be obtained for the first time. This
   would helpunderstanding the origin of X-ray emission from this type of
   galaxies. Detection of iron emission line is also expected and will
   bring a valuableinformation on the hot gas in the starburst systems.
