   The main puropose of the observation is to get a high energyresolution
   spectrum by SIS, and to observe with a timing resolution as fast as 61
   micro second with GIS PH mode. This observation willbe used for the
   mirror response and the detector dead timemeasurements. GIS MPC mode
   timing capability is also checked. $@
