****************************************************** PR # 147 The 3C279 is a typical OVV quasar (z=0.538) which exhibits high variability radio through X-rays and high polarization. The correlated variation of X-rays with mm radio emission was observed with Ginga, which will be strong support for the SSC model. The X-ray spectrum is of power law type with photon index of about 1.6. The 37 GHz radio flux has been in high level since the end of 1991. The recent flaring at 1.1 mm has been reported in IAUC No.5784 by E.I. Robson. The searching for line emission is also interesting. ******************************************************
