****************************************************** PR # 20 Cygnus Loop is a typical shell-type SNR with a radius about 1.5D. There are several bright parts, particularly in the shell region. We will see the NEbright knot as well as the center region. The expected counting rate is about16 counts/sec/SIS and 4 counts/sec/SIS, respectively. The specrum shows several emission lines up to 3 keV. There is no iron-K line emission reported. Most of the emissions come from various lines (O, Ne, Fe, N, S, Si and more). We can study the evolutional state of the plasma with these lines. The sizeof the Loop is big enough, therefore, we can study the spatial structure in detail too. The following observation will be planned with this result. ******************************************************
