****************************************************** PR # 21 The Scientfic goals are to obtain the best broadband X-ray spectrum to date of the Seyfert II Galaxy MKN 3 and to better characterize the Fe K and L emission features detected by BBXRT. Wheres the GINGA spectrum is heavily cutoff, the continuum rises again at lower energies, suggesting a scattered or leakage component below 3 keV. A broadband spectrum from ASUKA is necessaryto constrain the continuum shape and line features. Main calibration goal is the spectroscopy of faint sources. ******************************************************
