    We propose to observe the impact of the Comet Shoemaker-Levy 9 (SL9; 
    1993e) with the Jupiter's atmosphere from 17 to 21 July, 1994.  We   
    assert that it is very important to decide the upper limit of X-ray  
    flux when SL9 released the kinetic energy, 10E28 erg because the     
    impact of large comet such as SL9 occurs only once in 1000 years in  
    our solar system. We may have a possibility to detect emission lines 
    from O, Si, S etc.
