    We propose an observ. of the rotation-powered pulsar,PSR0950+08,which
    locates very close to us(120 pc). Its age is 10^5 yrs and it shows in
    terpulse emission at radio band.ROSAT revealed pulsars of 10^5 years 
    have the energy  spectrum of 2 components. Though the soft component 
    interpreted as the  black-body emission,the hard component which emis
    sion mechanism can not be identified by ROSAT. High sensitivity obser
    vation by ASCA provides information to resolve whether the hard compo
    nent is the black-body radiation of higher temperature 300 eV or the 
    synchrotron emission of power-law index 1.5.Combining the geometrical
    condition restricted by interpulse at radio band and Xray pulse phase
    information, we will obtain possible  constraints on X-ray emission  
   mechanism and geometry.
