    We propose an observation of Cyg X-3 by ASCA with simultaneous radio 
    and infrared observations.  In the PV phase observation during the   
    high intensity state,we discovered three iron K lines and iron absorp
    tion edge. The lines from Si, S, Ar, Ca were also detected.The proper
    ties of the lines & edges provide the direct information of the wind 
    from the Wolf-Rayet companion star and must be depend on the wind den
    sity.The infrared line properties and the radio activity also relate 
    to the wind density.The simultaneous observation with X-ray, infrared
    and radio, will be clarify the relationship between all the character
    istics of the X-ray and infrared and radio wave band, which must be  
    controlled by the wind density.
