****************************************************** PR # 21076 Neutron stars have been identified in less than one dozen of the 170 Galactic SNRs. Continued identification of more such associations in needed to understand the SNR phenomena.Conversely, the distribution of magnetic field strength and initial periods can be directly inferred from young pulsars. Thus there is considerable motivation to search for young pulsars and characterize their associated synchrotron nebul ae, the plerions, in SNRs. We note that X-ray is one of the most pow erful band since PSR1509-58 and 0540-63 were found in X-rays. System atic observations of plerions will be revealed the evolution of the pulsar magnetosphere, namely the mechanism of pulsar wind. Here we propose to observe 3C58 and G291.0-0.1, they appear to be evolved version of the Crab nebula. ******************************************************
