   PR # 21119
     ASCA IUE simultanius observation of the typical Seyfert I galaxy,   
    NGC4051. The observational goal is to investigate the following      
    properties. (1) The existence of blueshifted warm absorber and       
    determine the velocity. (2) The iron line energy and changes of its  
    absolute intensity. (3) Changes of temperature of the soft excess    
    below 1 keV.  (4) Variabilities of iron line and X ray continuum     
    compared with the UV continuum. (5)Understand the emission mechanisms
    from UV to X ray.
