   PR # 21123
     This porposal is one of the series of attempts to look for low-     
    luminosity AGNs in nearby apparently normal galaxies. The two        
    targets, NGC1365 and NGC1386, are both quite promising candidates for
    low-luminoisty AGNs, showing optical evidences of nuclear activities.
    Their fluxes as measured with Einstein are strong enough for detailed
    spectroscopy with Asca.
