   PR # 21130
     ASCA observation of QSOs near PKS0237-233 is proposed.  Within 2    
    degrees from PKS0237-233, there is a concentration of  32 QSOs with  
    z = 0.17 - 2.63. The purpose of observation is acquire energy spectra
    of  distant "normal"(not OVVs nor BL Lacs) QSOs effectively  to under
    stand their evolution and contribution  for CXB in  2 - 10keV range.
