****************************************************** PR # 21145 The proposed clusters of galaxies (A773, A1204, A697) are on the schedule of the observation of Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect at MRAO using the Ryle Telescope, which is an interferometer suitablly designed to reduce the systematic errors associated with the single- dish, beam-switching technique employed so far.Combining the obtained decrement temperature with the ASCA X-ray imaging data, which provide the electron temperature and density distributions within each cluster, we can get the value of the Hubble constant independent of the usual distance-ladder arguments. In order to control the effect of cluster elongation and the selection effect of cluster sampling, it is needed to apply this method to a suitable number of clusters. ******************************************************
