****************************************************** PR # 31006 V773 Tau is one of the most active weak-lined T Tauri stars known. It shows variable circularly polarized radio emission, spot modulation of the optical light curve, and X-ray emission. These traits indicat e strong magnetic surface activity. We propose to obtain a 40 ksec o bservation of V773 Tau that will enable us to obtain emission line f luxes that are needed to construct a coronal model. In addition, the observation will allow us to search for slow (1 day) variability in the X-ray emission that may occur as surface features rotate across the line-of-sight. ******************************************************
