      We propose the eclipsing Wolf-Rayet binaries V444Cyg and CQ Cep.   W       
     e observe some different orbital phases : one is near the primary  ec       
     lipse and anothernear the secondary eclipse. GINGA suggested  the tem       
     parature of V444Cyg is about 5keV. CQ Cep has the shortest  period (1       
     .6days) of all massive Walf-Rayet binaries. According to  the precise       
      orbital parameters given by the eclipse and the plasma  parameter gi       
     ven by ASCA observation, we can discuss the stellar  wind dynamics in
