     Although the globular cluster rotation-powered pulsars are believed         
     to be the descendants of LMXBs, the number of LMXB in the globular cl       
     usters is smaller than what is expected from the number of the  pulsa       
     rs by an order of magnitude. It is recently pointed out based on ROSA       
     T observations that a part of the dim cluster sources is probably LMX       
     Bs in low-state. We attempt to classify the dim cluster sources by me       
     asuring the spectral hardness of them. Also, half of the bright clust       
     er sources known are transient. We try to find out similar bright new       
      sources from other clusters. For these purpose, we propose to observ
