      Evidence is accumulating from eclipse timings that EXO0748-676 is a        
     number of a triple system. Measurements made with ASCA now give a suf       
     ficiently accurate fit to the parameters of a third body that further       
      observations can test the hypothesis that eclipse times are being mo       
     dulated in a periodic fashion.  Although the persistent luminosity va       
     ry by approximately a factor of 5, it is not clear the relation betwe       
     en the variation of luminosity and dip behavior. Further observations       
      can clearly display the relation. Furthermore we may get new informa       
     tion concerned with mass accretion rate and accretion disk geometry.        
     The data accumulated will also add to our continuing spectroscopic st
