       The Galactic Center has the thermal activity. When did this happen        
     ? Did she have the explosive activity continuously or not ?   Were th       
     e hot plasma cooled by the dynamical expansion ? How dose she contrib       
     ute to the chemical history of our Galaxy ? I try to search for the a       
     ge of the "OFF PLANE plasma" with the ionization parameter: nt . How        
     does the hot plasma in the Galactic Center contribute to the Iron 6.4       
      keV lines which were the flourescent lines refrected by the unknown        
     bright X-ray sources ? To try to solving these puzzle, we continuousl       
     y observed the Galactic Center across the Galactic Plane (0',-50') (0
