      With the PV-Phase observation near the Galactic Center, we  found th       
     e 6.4 keV emission along the North-East Galactic plane from the Cente       
     r. The most surprising region is Sgr B2 which emits extremely strong        
     iron lines ( 2-3 keV equivalent width!) mainly at 6.4 keV. We interpr       
     et photo-ionized plasma by a hidden point source at the Galactic Cent       
     er ( same as the Seyfert 2 galaxy ). In order to discover the X-ray r       
     eflection nebula and to search for the possible activity at the Galac       
     tic Center, We propose to observe the Dust Ridge near the Galactic Ce
