     We propose a 100 ksec observation of nearby spiral galaxy M31.  The d       
     istribution of binary pulsars is promised to be a good indicator  for       
      the supernova rate exploded more than 10^9 years ago.  The analysis        
     of the energy spectrum from PV data has suggested the existanse of bi       
     nary pulsars as shown by the previous missions. However, more observa       
     tion  time is needed to search for their pulsation directly.  The pul       
     se profile of these pulsars will be able to reveal  the emission mech
