****************************************************** PR # 31127 We propose to observe two LLAGN candidates NGC5033 and NGC4450. Th ey have optical spectra intermidiate between LINERs and Seyferts whi ch are suitable to investigate the LLAGN phenomena and their evoluti onary relations to usual Seyferts and QSOs. We attempt to probe a mo nster using broad band Spectra and time variability which are availa ble by ASCA high sensitivity for the first time. We hope to clarify whether LLAGN hosts a hungry monster or a small monster. Our furhter understanding of LLAGN natures also leads to give a hint of origin of Cosmic X-ray Background. ******************************************************
