     Mkn421 is one of the most valuable AGN to be observed continuously wi       
     th ASCA. Because of the unique emission observed in TeV energy band,        
     Mkn421 is the only BL Lac objects, in which we can draw the energy sp       
     ectrum in almost 14 orders of frequency range.  Based on the detectio       
     n of the keV/TeV coincidence observed in our last AO2 observation, we       
      propose the multi-band simultaneous observation from UV to TeV as th
