     We propose observation of new bright unidentified AGN candidates  sel       
     ected uniquely by Rosat All Sky Survey. The targets selected here  ar       
     e all uncatalogues hard point like objects with intensity 5E-12 erg /       
     cm2/sec. The study with ASCA will give us high quality energy  spectr       
     a in the 0.5-10 keV band and will provide important information about       
      the "hidden population" that should contribute to the cosmic  X-ray
