     We propose follow up observation of QSOs near PKS0237-233. The  purpo       
     se of observation is acquire distant normal QSOs effectively to  unde       
     rstand their evolution and contribution for CXB in 2-10 keV range. Wi       
     thin 2 degrees from PKS0237-233, there is a concentration  of 32 QSOs       
      with z=0.17-2.63. From quick analysis of AO-2 observation,  we detec       
     t more than 10 QSOs in this field. And we will obtain 5-8  QSOs with
