****************************************************** PR # 31159 Warm ultraluminous infrared galaxies have L_FIR >10E12Lo and rather warm infrared spectra (25-60micron). Their number density in the lo cal universe is comparable with that of cold ultraluminous galaxies a nd of quasars, so they might be in the intermediate states between co ld ultraluminous galaxies and quasars. We propose to observe two wa rm ultraluminous galaxies in order to determine the quantity of the d ust enclosing the central nucleus and to reveal the connection betwee n ultraluminous galaxies ane quasars. ******************************************************
