     NGC4151 is the brightest Seyfert galaxy which shows also the  brighte       
     st iron emission line.  NGC4151 was observed for 40 ksec in PV phase        
     expecting to detect iron line structure, but we could not obtain a cl       
     ear result in the iron line structure because of an SIS1 trouble in a       
     ddition to short observation time.  Meanwhile,  ASCA has obtained at        
     least broad line structure of the iron line from some Seyfert galaxie       
     s such as IC4329A, MCG-6-30-15, NGC4051 and so on.   We can expect so       
     me gravitational effect of the iron  fluorescence line, but it is ver       
     y difficult for us to detect this effect from weak sources.  Therefor       
     e, we propose a long observation of NGC4151, the brightest Seyfert ga       
     laxy, to get ASCA's conclusion on "the iron line physics" in AGN.
