     ASCA has observed several distant radio loud QSO.  Most of them show        
     a larger power law index than 1.4 in the X-ray spectrum which is cons       
     istent with the power law index of the cosmic X-ray  background.  The       
     refore, the radio loud QSO would not be a component of the CXB.  We h       
     ave found that the AGN may be grouped on a diagram of power law index       
      for X-ray luminosity.  Many Seyfert 2 galaxies  show an index of abo       
     ut 1.4 in X-ray spectra, while most of the Seyfert 1 and radio loud Q       
     SO have larger index than 1.4.  From this diagram we speculate that a       
      considerable number of radio quiet QSO may contribute to the CXB wit       
     h the photon index of about 1.4. Therefore, we picked up three radio        
     quiet distant QSO referring ROSAT observation table.
