     Most X-ray spectra of radio loud & X-ray bright QSO shows a  canonica       
     l index for the power law spectrum.  On the other hand  the X-ray spe       
     ctrum of radio quiet QSO has not been well studied, but one example o       
     f the radio quiet QSO gave a flat spectrum with  Ginga observation.         
     In this proposal we selected low-z QSO from  optical observations, sa       
     y PG-QSO, and then these are observed by ROSAT.  Some of them show fl       
     at X-ray spectra in ROSAT energy band. Therefore, we propose to inves       
     tigate the index of the power law  spectrum in ASCA band.  We wish to       
      study how contribute the radio quiet QSO to the spectrum of the CXB.       
       We expect to investigate some connection between Seyfert galaxies a       
     nd radio quiet QSO.
