     Active galaxies are devided into starburst galaxies, AGN, LINER, and        
     so on with an optical spectroscopy.  There are a lot of the intermedi       
     ate type, e.g. the galaxy has both characteristics of AGN and starbur       
     st galaxy.  However, the intermediate type have not beed studied so f       
     ar, because it is difficult to distinguish both characteristics.   Th       
     e intermediate type is very important, since an AGN phenomenon would        
      be associated with a starburst phenomenon in the galaxy.  Using ASCA       
      we can separete both activity.  Therefore, we would like to investig       
     ate  the connenction between AGN and starburst galaxy through the ASC
