     Recently, Seyfert 2 galaxies with the evidence of an obscaured nulceu       
     s were found.  However, the number of th galaxies is too small to  in       
     vestigate the torus model.  Since the Seyfert 2 galaxies with polariz       
     ed broad lines would have an  nucleus, we select the galaxies for the       
      ASCA observation. We would like  to reveal the nature of nucleus and       
      the structure of the torus.  Using  the results, we can invstigate t       
     he contribution of Seyfert 2 galaxies  to the cosmic diffuse X-ray ba
